What I want to Do

Every plan I made, hasn't become my routine. Means they've failed.
Why can't all plans sustain, how do they break , crumble ?
Why does the bad-loop start all over every morning ?

I want to feel good everyday morning.
Feel positive.

Rest of the day should be productive. It should feel like things are moving and not stagnant!

How do I achieve this feeling? By achieving something or working at achieving something! A great body! Or calm spiritual mind. Or working towards learning a new skill like Jeet Kune do.

So the process of doing something new or learning new is satisfaction !

I always wanted to find peaceful time of mediation, but always miss out to get up early.
I always want to try out for a month , a new regimen for hair. I miss few days.
I read randomly. I cant keep track of previous last page I left.
I want to eat healthy sprouts, fruits , juices, but do not find time or patience.
I want to welcome each day with happiness, not with negativity.

I want to

- Have a great body. Abs, biceps,etc.

- Be healthy, feel alive, eat planned.

- Practice Meditation and yoga

- Learn Jeet Kune Do.

- Use my time productively , be it working on an Idea, trekking, going to workshops, learning or reading books.

- Plan so that I stick at least 2 Months - No excuse!

I think this will work
Get Disciplined , Not Motivated!

Disciplined. Ok!

Present routine:
8am get up .. hurry to office.
6:30 back. Green tea , relax, internet or sometimes book and sometimes exercise and end it with TBBT 2 episodes at 12:30am.
Net sleep = 7 - 7.5 hrs.

New routine
6am to 8am - free; 8 - 8:30 get ready!
9:30 to 5:30 office
6:30pm to 11pm - free.
Sleep 11pm - 6 am = 7 hrs!

Plan
Morning 2 hrs:
Meditation, Yoga and Jeet Kune do!

Cold Shower! To feel alive!

Evening 4.5 Hrs.
Shop fruits-soy milk, Green tea, Book, Exercise 45 mins, Internet 30 Mins.
