Day 9 - Tweaking the plan

With some new info, I need to tweak the plan a bit.

1)Working out abs everyday isn't good. Max 3x a week.
So changing the workout everyday to alternate days.

2) Almonds are too good. Protien fibre and good fat. Eating method is right too, soak and eat.
For maximum benefits eat 23 almonds per day study says. I'll keep it to 15.

More fine tuning is required for
-Accomodating Running.
-More early morning meditation time.
-Adding a sport/any evening physical activity/skill.

Day 9. Starts ok at 7 am.
Ate 5 almonds, unsoaked!
Meditation, massage and yoga done.
Drank Juice
+5 for morning

Assuming evening goes well with
Green tea
Book
Excercise
Soy-milk
Work.
+5

So total score on Day 9 = 169+10 = 179
