Day 3 - Success flows

Woke Up once at 6 but really got off the bed at 7.
-Went shopping for flowers and banana leaf as promised for Vinayaka Chaturthi festival Celebrations.
-Returned to complete the routine - Vrikshasana, Meditation , Massage and Yoga.

Had a sumptuous dinner , followed by TBBT episodes and 2 hr sleep.

Evening
-Excercises
-Worked on lebtop.
-Fruit: Sitaphal

Conclusion:

Graph seems to be going down. Have to act fast and turn it up.

These self analysis post can help reverse the failure pattern of recurring loops.

Points to improve:
Evening:
Drink Green tea and Read a book.
Watch only one episode of TBBT (The Big Bang Theory) or eliminate it.
Use Internet time wisely.
Buy food for Next day's diet plan.


Miscelleneous:
Buy comb, soap.
Brush twice. Oral hygiene is imp. Learnt a 20000rs tooth lesson.
