Day 4 - More success

After 3 days of getting up at 7 'O' clock. It was time, to get up at 6:30 am. I was ready.

Morning:
Got up at 6:30 am.
Ate 10 Soaked Almonds (Badam).
Meditation (longer than before.)
Breathing Excercises (Added 1 more exercise to already existing Vrikshasana)
Head Massage.
Yoga (4 poses. Longer and better this time.)
And finally, Green Tea.

Office:
M.Tech.

Evening:
Bought 3 soy-milk packs and more mouthwash.

-1 glass soy-milk
-1 apple
-Read Book (Vol 1 - Complete works of swami Vivekananda)
-30 Mins Exercise
-Internet time - 45 mins

Have to soak 10 almonds every night.
Have to mouthwash every night.

Analysis:
8:30 to 9:45 - free time
Can add - Jeet Kune Do task.

Observations of the day:
Was more calm.
One peculiar thing is , I recollected / connected many thoughts of the day with TBBT (The Big Bang Theory) Serial. So many thoughts that it was frustrating to catch my mind wander into scenes from TBBT. I watch 4-5 Episodes back to back yesterday, maybe that's why.
