(L)Oops!

Struck in a loop again !
This time we'r gonna work inside out!
Unless the internal beliefs are changed the external results don't change much !

What does a Failure loop mean ?

It means not having control ! You get up, then you have to do this! Arrgh, u do it.
Then u have to do that ! Arrgh you do it.
Now have to do this ! Arrg ok done.
Now you have 3 hrs of free time. I want to do this ! Hmm someother time..
I want to do that ! Hmm tomorrow!
Hmm I think I'll just eat and watch Tv!


Arrgh! I have to sleep now to do all the HAVE TO's the next day !
 Back to "HAVE TO" , without doing anything that you "WANT TO!"
 This makes Nik sad guilty n frustrated ! This is the Failure Loop ! Where I am a driven by compulsions of the mind rather than its intentions.

A new thought now: When the "HAVE TO's" of your life are directly Linked with the "WANT TOs" then you are on a Success Spiral !

So write down what you Have to and Should do, if you want to do something. And do it.

May Recap

Few key points and comments on a Post in Dec, 2012:

I dont want:To feel lazy in the morning and wanting more sleep.
Past week has been this. I can't seem to get up at 6:30 and after I manage to get up, at around 7:30, I go straight to my bean bag and sleep on it till 8. "BREAK this ! Again!!"

To balme myself or the situation.
I have been scolded by my Boss recently for not concentrating in work. But I took this as a positive thing, it was needed to re-assess my priorities and the way I work. Here my boss was responsible to keep a watch over my work, whatg about my passions, who's responsible for it, Me! Why wait for a bang! Start working instead of waiting for nature to give you a blow, why wait for the Blow!, You give the blow first, punch harder!

I want:
To Feel LIFE as a GIFT. I want a happy muscle in every part of the body. Dont stress it. Free mind. Free world.A pschological improvement needed along with the physical.
I basically had the image of me being 16yrs old and having fun free time. This sentence is a result of me wanting to achieve the same happy free feeling of old times.

Dance 15 mins. Create the best playlist.
Not implemented. Depends on Mood!
Integrate it! As soon as I come from office!

Become a  member of Toastmasters
Nope. Not done.

Swim.
Doing.Twice a week.

Run.
Doing.4 Days a Week

Exercise , Buy Dumbells
Bought them. Now they lie in a corner!

Read a Book for 30 mins.
Doing it irregularly. Change!


Plan to revise and update technical knowledge.
Organize office stuff.
I did not Implement this One and its the main cause for my Boss scolding me recently.
If I had done this , I could have prevented an Effect!
So, I know things which need to be done. I dont pay much attention to them and Neither I act on them immediately when I know about them

I revised and Organized after the Boss event.

GRIT is needed for Success said a TED video.
I need to Increase my GRIT ! I need to force my WILL upon the situation.

I remember a concept Bruce Lee talked about. "Its not I am doing this, but an inner realization that this is being done through me - will help you in your actions!"
Not his words exactly but they convey the meaning.

Whenever I feel lazy doing somthing, If I think about this concept, I do it. Dont know the exact reason why?But this thinking is powerful !

Wassup wid me , Now!

I wake up at 6:45 am and go for a Jog at 7:30 am (will decrease this time.)

2 rounds of jogging - to get the blood pumping.

After some relaxation.

Meditation - To oxygenate the blood.

Then Yoga, to direct this powerful fluid called blood into all the vital parts of the body, specially the spinal cord and the brain.

Then occasionally, I drink a mixture of juices sold outside the park. Its a mix of Bitter Gourd , Neem , Tulsi, Amla, Ginger and Kokum.
I take this usually 2 times a week, to clear toxins in the stomach. I think of these juices as medicines and so i think these should not be taken daily.

I read good philosophical books.

Green tea with Sage and Lemon grass is a common routine in the evening.

I wish to utilize my weekends more productively.
Usually I watch films in theatres after a heavy breakfast. And then relax at home , waiting for lunch to be prepared. After eating, I become lazy and do not know what to do, as my body and mind are against any productive work . By Evening, guilt of wasted weekend starts filling the mind.

Productive plan would include:
- Do not skip jogging, meditation and yoga on weekends. (If you skip Tennis Coaching)
- Swim and take bath.
- After Breakfast, head out to work on my startup ideas. Or fill applications.
- Meet people , build a team.
- Look out and attend events focusing on startups.
- Go for a trek if possible.
- Avoid movies whenever possible. Avoid doing things to satisfy others.
- Avoid Beer ?! confused here :P
- Read Vivekananda's works in the lazy afternoon. Or plan the evening in the afternoon.
- Eliminate inaction! Just get out of it when u sense it. Start working immediately.

Not again!!!

Stuck again..
Spending Endless Useless time on Fb.. Waiting for new updates, stories, likes and comments.
Browsing internet aimlessly has become a Habit.
Not working towards any goal, instead acting as working towards it (LEBTOP).
Importance of book readin, health drinks, exercise and meditation are clearly visible. But still lazyness pulls me back from it.
Aimless, goaless, lifeless!

Pump in more oxygen, breath more! Exercise! Sweat!
Read! Cook! Yoga! Meditation!

Integrating good points of previous plan

I dont want:
To feel lazy in the morning and wanting more sleep.
To balme myself or the situation.

I want:
To Feel LIFE as a GIFT. I want a happy muscle in every part of the body. Dont stress it. Free mind. Free world.
A pschological improvement needed along with the physical.

So Plan 3.0 is abt Body and Mind.

Fixed morning session. 6 - 8 : Meditation and yoga.

Write down and Repeat affirmations. At night and in the morning.

Dance 15 mins. Create the best playlist.

Become a  member of Toastmasters

Swim.

Run.

Eat Almonds & Drink Soy milk
Drink Green tea
Exercise , Buy Dumbells
Read a Book for 30 mins.
Watch a Ted Video.
Do the Time-Line exercise at Night.

Limit your Internet time.

Talk to real new people.

Write a plan and Start implementing Ideas.

Plan what to do in office when free, its precious 8 hrs of the day.

Plan to revise and update technical knowledge.

Organize office stuff.

Buy some good new clothes :)

Hectic day

Sat. Woke up late.
Did Yoga.
Booked tickts.
Planned last min movie. Saw it.
Went to headstart 1 hr late.
Collected passport at last min.

y do i do thngs at the last min?
I cud've avoided the movie.. But went for reasons of not to upset frnds..

I cud've called the courier guy n asked him to deliver passport early.

If i had cancelled movie plans, then i cud hv gone to the meetup early without tension.
But matbe i wud hv delayed that too as is my habit.

So wats the soln to be on time and cool ?
Taking time out to think thru future situations/ possibilities of the day.
I need to think thru to get to unseen or avoidable problems.
